Nic Jeffries combines his extensive sales experience with a BBA in
Business and a specialization in Business Technology Management,
focusing on leveraging technology to enhance business efficiency.
Having successfully run his own business, Nic has accumulated over
a decade of practical insight in the construction field, bringing a unique
blend of hands-on experience and strategic foresight to CNJ Builders.
As Director of Operations & Sales, he is responsible for overseeing all
sales, estimating, and operations, modernizing our processes to
improve project planning, client communication, and workflow
efficiency.
His commitment to innovation doesn't just streamline our internal
processes; it also enhances our ability to forge strong client
relationships, ensuring we understand and meet their needs with

worked in executive and accounting roles within the corporate sector.
In her role as Chief Administrative Officer, she ensures the seamless
operation of our administrative and accounting functions. Her financial
acumen and organizational prowess are critical in upholding our
commitment to exceptional client service and operational excellence.
Sue's meticulous attention to detail extends to managing supplier
relations, ensuring we have access to quality materials and services at

Russell Magee, MBA - Director of Strategy & Compliance
Russell is the strategic backbone of CNJ Builders, working to execute
Chris's vision for the company. With an extensive career that spans
the UK, Canada, and the USA, Russell brings a wealth of experience
to his role as Director of Strategy and Compliance. His career has
seen him lead teams in various sectors, from construction and
marketing to manufacturing and engineering, providing him with
unique experience for this role. In this capacity, he also oversees the
management of legal, HR, and marketing. He infuses our operationswith innovative thinking and a broad, global perspective. His strategic
oversight is pivotal in driving CNJ Builders towards its goals
