A teardown and rebuild on Route 102, built on the original foundation.
The client wanted a more practical space.
We proposed tearing down the existing structure while keeping the existing foundation, then adding to it. We added about 500 sq ft, redesigned the layout from scratch, and built the house as if it were new.
