The project
An 800 sq ft addition in Saint John, built to stand largely on its own.
The client wanted more living space, but the older home had existing construction and footing concerns.
We built the addition as a largely separate structure, connected to the home by a small breezeway. That way, major work can happen on the original house in the future with less impact on the addition.
